CT Survivors Connect was created by a Survivor for Survivors. A place for us to connect and communicate in a safe and supportive space. Respect and Privacy are valued in meetings. We are here to build each other up not tear each other down. We also must respect that we are all at different stages of our lives. While this group is meant for people of legal age, youth are encouraged to contact us with any questions or concerns. We are happy to help direct to appropriate services that youth and anyone may need. If you are not in the local(Kingston/Belleville ON) area, you are still welcome to take part and ask for support. We are happy to help connect folx to resources we may have in your area.
CTSC is a compassionate and dedicated support group and service development program tailored specifically for survivors who have endured the deeply traumatic experience of conversion “therapy” in Canada. Our primary mission is to extend a warm and nurturing embrace to survivors, offering them a sanctuary of safety, unwavering support, and the utmost respect.
This project was created with a Survivor Centric Approach. We believe that the Survivors should be at the core of the system that supports them. Who knows our experiences better than us! If you have any questions about our Survivor Centric Support or how to get involved please visit our contact page
